By registering for or using Creane, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Creane provides an intelligent SMS and WhatsApp assistant for real estate agents. We provision a dedicated phone number on your behalf and use it to handle inbound lead conversations, qualify prospects, and assist with scheduling.

You agree not to use Creane to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable law or regulation (including TCPA)
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Interfere with the service or its infrastructure

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the dedicated number complies with all applicable messaging laws in your jurisdiction.

Creane is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly. We make no guarantee of uptime or availability during the beta period. The service is provided free of charge during beta.

You retain ownership of your data and your leads' data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle it.

Creane is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed leads, scheduling errors, or any damages arising from your use of the service. Automated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, so always review important communications before they go out.

You may stop using Creane at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will provide notice when reasonably practicable.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Creane after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
