Creane ("we", "us", "our") is an intelligent assistant for real estate agents. We provide a dedicated phone number that handles SMS and WhatsApp conversations with your leads on your behalf. Our website is creane.me.

When you register, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your WhatsApp or phone number
• A Twilio number provisioned on your behalf

When leads contact your Creane number, we collect their phone number and the content of their messages in order to respond and route conversations to you.

• To power your assistant and manage your lead conversations
• To send you summaries and alerts via WhatsApp
• To improve the product (aggregated, never sold)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use the following services to operate Creane:

• Twilio — phone number provisioning and SMS/WhatsApp delivery
• Google — optional Calendar integration for booking showings
• Vercel — website hosting

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

We retain conversation logs for 90 days to support your account. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
